  5. Please either turn off or provide a configuration option to not allow cell wrapping for data exported to Excel.

Why is this even the default for export when it is not the default for worksheets created in Excel?

Could you please provide us the concrete time interval the data fetch takes?

Please also provide us the full name and vendor of the product compared to which the data fetch of dbForge takes longer?

  8. Fusion doesn't play well with SSDT in the same solution. Fusion grabs all .sql file associations. Double click on a .sql file in Sql Server Database Project and Fusion prompts you for a connection to Oracle. The only way to get the file loaded into SSDT Designer is to right click the file. This could all be solved if DevArt tokenized the file extension and allowed the user to choose: .plsql.

When installing dbForge Fusion, it becomes the default editor for opening *.sql files and you are asked to select a connection in the dbForge Fusion’s dialog. Though, you can change the default editor in the ‘Open With’ dialog of Visual Studio. For this, please perform the following:

    1. Select ‘File → Open File…’ from the main menu of Visual Studio. The ‘Open File’ dialog opens.
    2. Select a *.sql file and click the down-arrow against the ‘Open’ button.
    3. Select ‘Open With…’.
    4. Select an editor and click ‘Set as Default’.
    5. Click ‘OK’.

  9. "Compile" button for packages and procedures

  11. When you right-click a table and generate script as update, the sql it creates shows all columns and is rather useless - I would prefer an editor to select which columns to include in the script and even a where clause for icing.

  14. UI-wise, right click and ignore, configure context dialog opens, based on current context. Having pre-populated table name, column name, type, value, change type, possible to leave as is (not very useful), or set table name to null/empty or customize other filter options (LIKE, BETWEEN, ENDWITH etc). For example, you don't care if default values for dates are X on one database and Y on another, so ignore this change. Or if some column is missing on some table etc. Configurable by comparison, possible to save as a rule set to file.

  17. Implement an ability to make the Watches window transparent and adjust the transparency. Also, implement an option to automatically change the transparency to the second level on placing the mouse cursor over the window. Allow users to adjust both levels of transparency, colors, and fonts.

  18. I need a possibility to set an auto-refresh to the Session-Manager after an amount of seconds. The seconds could be selected from a combobox or putting it into a textbox.
