We explained how to create a blank project in the following post: http://forums.devart.com/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=26085#p88675
Please note that the database projects also store the information on open documents, so next time you open the previously saved project, the documents that were open last time you saved the project, will be restored.

dont mix different things here: the issue here is *not* about restoring tabs!
it´s about giving _unsaved_ tabs a name *without* saving them and without having a new sql-file somewhere
