group by formatting

replace "indent GROUP BY Phrase" with 2 options:
1) "Indent GROUP BY Keyword"
2) "Indent GROUP BY columns"

the current options will now allow for formatting flexibility as it does for the where keyword/condition

    Feel free to use the formatting profiles feature.

    So we would like to suggest updating to the latest version and check there.
