Add an option to Execute Current Batch

Add an option to Execute Current Batch, similar to Execute Current Statement, but highlight and run everything between the current batch separators.
It's a feature I've seen that RedGate SQLPrompt provides and it would be useful to have the ability to run everything within the current batch without having to highlight it all first and then running the selected text.
