separate options for text case for tables and columns

I like to have separate options for setting the text case for table aliases and for column aliases.
Personally I want my table aliases to be in lower case and my column aliases not changed (or starting with initial caps, depending on the project I'm working on).

    Just want to inform you that it is already implemented.

    So you can just use formatting profiles.

    We would like to suggest updating to the latest version and check there.
