I have a number of Microsoft 32 bit applications (Visio, Office, . . . ) on my 64 bit system (Win 10). Surly it should be possible to have both versions of OLE DB providers rather than just the 64 bit one Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0?

I'm not sure I would have bought dbForge Studio for MySQL if I had known that it could not import Access tables on a PC which has 32-bit Microsoft Office on it.

+1... User should be able to choose what version to run (32bits or 64bits)

Yes please. Not all database vendors provide x64 driver and the user should be allowed to choose what version (x32 or x64) of the software they are installing for compatibility reasons.
