Add button to quick object info hint to edit table

When hoovering over a table, show not only table columns, but also offer to navigate to the table editor window.

    Please be informed that you can use:

    Right-click and select Open Editor,

    or

    double-click on the object, provided that the behavior has been changed via Tools > Options > Database Explorer > General > Table and View Default Actions:
