Concerning phone support.
Because our customers are dispersed all over the world we would have to provide 24/7 support. In our situation it's not reasonable, because our customers rarely have urgent issues. -

I don't know the reason of the delay (because I 'm not in the sales department) but I've found your inquiry and escalated it.
