This feature will allow you NOT to fetch all records from server.
In current version (4.50) when you filter a page of data you filter only across those records that are fetched to client. But in whole table there are more records that fall under condition of the filter. So we need to execute query to avoid deceiving user.

it will require fetch ALL records before. no reason for paginal mode.
