in the past we had some reviews for the Review Assistant which includes code that had been developed by more than one person. The review itself was made by one reviewer, but the review comments had been implemented by multiple developers, because multiple authors developed the code. Only the developer who opened the review and who is marked as "author" was able to set most of the review settings. The non-author-labeled user was only able to add comments to the review, but not to set status, add revisions or any other feature the author was able to perform.
