Provide API to allow integration with Jenkins or similar CI platforms

Currently there is no way to get review data out of Review Assistant. An API would allow us to build a connection between Review Assistant and Jenkins to track code reviews prior to deployment

Integration with CI systems is implemented through the command line interface.

Agreed...it would be great to be able to integrate with Jira.
