    +1. I too have long jobs running at times and need to know 'at a glance' what tabs have active queries running. SSMS tool pack has this and it shows as a moving gradient bar in the tab. I also get a red exclamation point in SSMS on tabs with active queries, though I am not sure if that is a native feature, or one supplied by my two addons (SSMS Toolpack and Tab Studio)
