Merge for sln, project files based on an xml merge
There is a tool that can merge sln Files, something similar should be possible for code Compare.
If it code compare supports good xml merge this can be solved there

.sln is not xml based so this has to be a seperate merge, but never the less a .sln merge helps a lot in multi project multi team visual studio solutions.
