Thank you for your post!
We would like to inform you that you can use F5 for Execute Selection and F8 for Execute Current, or customize these shortcuts to your preference by navigating to Tools > Options > Environment > Keyboard.

F5 and F8 by default, but you can modify the keyboard commands, but there's a bug when it loses the default hot-keys.
