    Allow to generate scripts for functions. Right now it is disabled.

    We need not only to create, edit, recompile and drop functions, procedures (new to PG11) and triggers. We also need a convenient and useful debugger for them.

    If the newly-release edition is "Standard", will there be an "Advanced" or "Pro" edition with function and trigger editing? I could really use a PL/pgSQL development tool.
