A popup that list recently used/pinned servers-database
allowing for 1-click switch to that database while writing your query.
A shortcut key for this would be appreciated.
The Current default SSMS behaviour > Select a server then select a database then continue working. sometimes ones default database is set to master/orsomedb which is inconveinient and always has to switch.
Having the ability to quickly change database connections within the same query tab is a huge time saver. Currently in order to run a query against a 2nd database you have to change connections, select the server, connect, change to the correct database, then you can execute.
Or if you had a second dropdown menu where you could quickly change to that specific database then that's just one quick click.
Under the options where the ribbon customization would be a nice spot to set the favorite connections, that way you can set the ribbon colors and databases at the same spot.

After SSMSBoost became a paid application this feature is must-have for the SQLComplete! This is a killer feature, once you taste it - you will never look back =) Please, Devart, make it happen for al of us, multiserver/multidatabase folks.
