Option to put commas at beginning of line rather than end - Revisit in 3.5.61

This was closed, but seems to be missing from version 3.5.61

For example:

SELECT Col1

, Col3

etc.

    I need this as well but I don't see those menu options. I can go as far as SQL Complete -> Options -> Formatting but there is no Wrapping option.

    If you decline them it would be nice if you would put a reason.

    You can find this option using this path:
    SQL Complete -> Options -> Formatting -> Wrapping -> Set Wrapping for SQL Statements -> Place comma before...

    Please check it and notify us if it doesn't work.
