Allow for the top filter row to be used on the DexExpress grid like the used to view table data.

    The Grid component that you use is the XtraGrid from DevExpress. This component has an option to show an empty row at the top of the grid that the user can type in. The values typed in this row is then used by the grid to filter the displayed data.
