Select All in right-click

I would appreciate a SelectAll (equiv of Ctrl-A) item to the right-click menu in the resulting datagrid...

    Rather, it should just be a 'Select All and Copy' (in one click) since 99% of the use case, the user will want to copy the highlighted grid.
