Several of our engineers work at client sites on locked-down networks where online documentation never loads, and an offline manual pack would save real time. Residents here juggle the same problem with everyday web tools - even a simple dewa bill check for a Dubai electricity bill needs the page to open fully first. A downloadable, searchable offline copy of the manuals would help a lot.
