Add CSV import to virtual table in addition to existing XML import.
It would be good to have the ability to populate a table direct from CSV file

+1, this would seem to be a very sensible addition especially as the writer of the JVCL CSV import component has recently recommended people no longer use it http://www.delphifeeds.com/go/s/156462
