Creating a provider for ADO
ADO access is included in some form in the SQLServer provider. Possibly it could extended to support other Ado providers/drivers. For example foxpro has ado driver till version 9, the odbc driver is at version 6. MSAccess is another example.

OleDB is much better than ODBC. ODBC drivers are depreciating, always have bugs and strange behavior for all types of database.

It could be the base for MSSQLprovider, MSAccessprovider and a potential DBFprovider with the foxpro-ado-driver.
