This feature helps a lot. Even the Code Compare may take considerable time to get the result out by comparing files (may be character by character), that is much better than require me taking time to open suspected files one by one and checking which files are only license declare change.
Code Compare is doing good in multi-line comment compare. Don't wast this advantage.
