You need to strongly consider at least providing the option to ignore comments in the file compare display. I use edit indicators in my comment lines and need to do a full project compare to ensure there are no code changes once they are removed. Since I have many files in my projects it is a complete waste of my time to click on 100+ files to find out that there are no code differences.
I am evaluating this product and had hoped to buy it, however this small missing feature makes it infeasible for me to consider. Thoughts? Response? Is this currently being added?
