    I would add this and the ability to then import those changes back. TFS merges are often painful in our environment. I would like to be able to create a file with the changes from a change set. Then use Code Compare to push those in on another branch without using the TFS merge tool. Right now, I end up looking at the changes and then applying the same to the new file.
