We would like to suggest using the "Auto List Members" option in the settings and invoke the Completion List forcibly with the shortcut - by default, it's CTRL+Space.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminDevart (_, Devart) commentedWhen typing the column name in SELECT statements after entering the comma symbol the context-based prompt comes up (if after the FROM keyword the table name is provided). If you just want to enter the blank space you need to click the Space button. The context-based prompt just will keep coming up. If you press the Enter button the cursor moves to the new row and the context-based prompt disappears. If you just want the context-based prompt to be disappeared you have to click the Escape button. If you start entering first letter(s) of the column name the context-based prompt comes up with the relevant table names.
Therefore, we don't count your request as the issue (bug). It's just by design.
Note, using the Format Document feature you can customize formatting of queries. -

Could you please clarify if it does not work only for offline databases or for each database on the server?
A video or screenshots would be also of help.

Please note that metadata is retrieved from the database.
If there's no connection, database object suggestions won't be displayed.

Just want to inform you that it is already fixed.
Columns from tables in the SELECT statement are now being read correctly, including those used in PATINDEX('%text%', col_name).
So we would like to suggest updating to the latest version and check there.

dbForge parses the object only after it’s declared. So, if the table is declared in the INTO clause, it will be offered only below the place it’s declared in the script and not above.

Please note that if you're using CREATE TABLE #TempTable in the same document,
your temp table will be included in the DROP TABLE IF EXISTS statement on the first line.

You could use the snippets functionality of dbForge SQL Complete.
The snippet can be as follows:

We would like to recommend using separators between SELECT statements, as they are context-dependent.
