They have confirmed that we will add such a feature.
But again, right now, we do not have any ETA.

Regarding your question:
Schema Export to SQL Files - yes, we have it
Schema Compare of Database to SQL Files - yes, we have it
Generate Create script from SQL Files - please clarify what exactly you mean, do you mean conversion of some stats or something else?
Generate Diff Script from SQL Files - we do not have it yet
Deploy Create Script to Database - also, not clear, but you can use Execute large script
Deploy Diff Script to Database - After synchronizing the two databases, you can immediately run a script to align them.
Commit SQL Files to Git Repo - we do not have it yet

You can use the context menu; there you'll find this functionality under 'Copy Data As > Copy Column Names Only

We've added an option for selecting the top specified number of rows. You can locate it in the main menu under Tools ==> Options ==> Data Explorer ==> General ==> Preferred Selections Size. Subsequently, you'll find the 'Select Top '_' Rows' option in the context menu when right-clicking.
